Hi all

just a quick question for anyone who can help me out, bit of a noob at this stuff.

basicly ive got a video i put together in Vegas 6, rendered it down using as a WMV with Windows Media Video 9 in the format part ......for me and a few others the video and audio is fine, no problems but other people say it wont load or they only get audio and just a green screen......

My question is, is it because i choose Windows Media 9? could that be causing problems?
There are settings for Windows Media Video 7 or 8 , Windows Media Screen 7 etc.....im going to have a play with these i think, just wondered which would be the best setting to use
