    Strange this is........every time when I try to open a ac3 file ( yes, after using Vdub and changing the name to .ac3 ) in " Headac3e" I get the message: " Can't find ac3 header" , but when i use Cillers AC3-tool, no problem. Someone knows about this?.............. eeeeh King John?

    Try running the file through ac3fix first.

    Before you do any saveing you should check for junk frames
    KingJohn's Guide to bad frames V2 VBR Update

    Then you can save out the audio, I hope you got all those DLL's
