  1. Is there a way to improve video quailty on a mpeg file that I downloaded? It is a little bit pixilated.

  2. Yes, get the original source and re-encode it to a better resolution/higher bitrate.

    You could also use Noise Reduction to remove some of those pixels.

  9. You can re-encode the video at a higher res, running tons of noise reduction, and blur.

    It helps alot. With TV episodes ect..
