svcd head trick and nero

i've used the svcd head trick with nero burner, first disc (set of 3 discs) wrote by nero burner ok, second head trick witm tmpgenc worked but nero asked to re-encode file download nerompeg2 but cannot get nero to see new plugin, anyone know how to install nero plugins ?

DO NOT let Nero re-encode the file. SImply tick the box that says 'make non-compliant VCD and burn.

tried that, the file was 825mb so could not write it, my cdr does not see 90 min discs
