I am trying to make a DVD out of avi files of a cartoon. I am using TMPGEnc I have set it to NTSC low res and changed the audio setting to CBR MPEG-1 layer II audio (MP2) so I can change the audio bitrate. I want to change the video from 8000 kbs to 5250 kbs. What should I set the audio at?
