Will I have any trouble trying to convert an AVI with video stream = 24fps to the 23.976fps standard, if so what parameter can I adjust to produce a nicely sync'd SVCD or VCD?

    Thanks in advance,
    This is so much fun!

  2. Just force selecting a 23.976 in the encoder, resulting in a 1 frame drop every 41 seconds to correct the synchronization.

thanks for the tip, i'm just curious how did you determine that I would lose 1 frame per 41sec.

    thanks in advance,

    1 frame / (24-23.976 frames per second) = 41.67 seconds
