    I'm having audio sync issues on an MKV file (other users are reporting similar errors). FFMPEG states that the video is 24fps and the audio is 23.976fps, so I'm assuming that that's the root of the problem. How can I go about adjusting the FPS to sync them up?

    So the audio starts out in sync and is off by about 4.6 seconds after an hour? If that's really the case you can change the frame rate with MkvMerge.
