playing SVCD Bin file

where can i find a player that will play Bin files?.............Preferably free.

You can't.
A BIN file is an image file - containing the contents of what could be burnt to a CD.
Try CDmage or WinISO to have a peek into the BIN file. You can extract the contents, then play the file (likely to be an MPG or DAT) in a Player of some sort.
