I recently installed a Memorex DVD+RW internal burner in my computer. I am running Win 98SE with an AMD XP2000+ processor. In the device manager, the DVD burner is recognized as a CD ROM. When you insert a DVD into the burner to play it on Power DVD or Windows media player, the DVD will not play. When you open the DVD in Windows Explorer, it shows the video files of the DVD but does not show any audio files. When you click on the video files from Windows explorer they do play but with no audio. I have installed all the software that came with the unit. There were three discs (In CD, Nero and Power DVD). I did not get a disc with any specific drivers on it nor are there any software updates on Memorex's website. Can anyone help????
Thanks,
TC
