    I went through two ATI cards, neither of them worked.

    Now I have a PCTV (PCI). The video is beautiful and it can capture to DV.


    However, I can only record sound for the first few minutes, then the sound goes away.

    Why is this? I have an Acer97 (something like that) sound card and i'm hooked into the line in.
