  1. i cant see this topic in here ot Doom9,

you'll see in my example how bad the picture goes when theres movement ,

i never had this problem last year making the same SV-CD's

last year: captured with a BT878 card in 352x288 in huffyUV
this year: captured with a CX23881 card in 768x576 in huffyUV

the raw file this year is much better and the DivX version is so much better then last year, but now i go to make the SV-CD, picture looks good...til theres movement,

i was using sharpen, but took that off and still the same

is there a smoothing filter to use with TMPEG ???

    thanx

  2. ahh dont worry,

    its interlacing effects,
forgot to run the deinterlace filter,

didnt even think of that as it doesnt 'look' like interlacing,

never had interlacing with 352x288 captures
