    I have a few programs to convert my downloaded AVI movies to MPEG's so I can burn them, the only prob is it takes a VERY long time for conversion.

    Does anyone know of a conversion program that doesn't take so long? I'm lucky to get 1 movie a day converted.

    Encoding takes time. To the point where most seem to do their encoding while they sleep. CCE is the fastest I've tried, but costs a fortune.
    Only way to speed things up is to get a faster processor.
