apex ad 500

what can i do to make this player play the vcd's i make on my computer. This thing won't play anything. I also had a apex 1500 and it wouldn't play vcd's either so i took it bake but cant take the 500 back please help

I suggest you read the user comments and reports for your particular version (there are multiple versions) of the AD-500 at:

The "comments" will probably tell you what needs to be done. At the very least you should probably try burning to CD-RW disks. Some DVD players have known problems with CD-R disks.
