I keep getting this pop-up trying to encode the AVI into an XVCD. As you can tell from the two pictures below. I know that the film resolution is out of standard, but is there a way TMPGEnc will let me encode it? I've tried raising the DirectShow plug-in to 1, but I don't know if going any higher will help.
I've also tried frameserving from Vdub, which also gives me the same problem. I'm considering using Vdub to "Save as AVI..." using a DivX codec, hopefully that will work out.
If anybody went through this same problem and the outcome was successfully hopefully you can point out what I missed. Any help is appreciated.

before you press start on TMPGEnc, go to setting -> video, then then enter your output size as 640 x 272. now go to advanced tab, select "Center" in the Video arrange Method pulldown menu.
press start!
(in mpeg, width & height size must be multiple of 8, so I use 272 'cos it's 34 * 8 and selecting Center won't resize your movie at all, it just centers your 640 x 270 movie into a 640 x 272 frame)
