when i play a vcd that i have made it skips a little bit every second. most of the time its not noticeble except for when the camera is moving (panoramic scenes, etc...). i record using the huffyuv codec in virtualdub and i record at a framerate of 29.9697 and convert it to the standard ntsc vcd using TMPGEnc. could this be my computer (i have 64 mb of ram and an 800 MHz processor), or the way im recording/encoding? any comments or suggestions would be helpful and i would really appreciate them.
thanks

Since your capturing to a lossless codec, what is the playback of the original AVI ? are you dropping frames ? Load into Vdub and scan.
