A couple of the latest DVD-SVCD conversions I've burned, the audio cuts out approx 5 secs into the movie, picture plays fine, but audio cuts off. Even though the same disc plays fine in my computer with no audio problems.
I have been extracting the mpeg using vcdgear and doing the svcd-vcd header trick (to fool my rca5220p DVDplayer) with tmpeg.
I've been downloading, converting and burning properly for months now, with no problems both VCD and SVCD, It's been only the last 2 movies I've found that I'm having problems with.
Is it non compliant audio problems? A step I'm messing up? VBR Audio and my player can only handle CBR audio? Is there a way to check the audio for problems?
I am stumped, any help you can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
scottymac
