Comprehensive list of Macrovision- and CGMS/A-free players??

Hi, I was wondering if people would be willing to compile, via this thread, a comprehensive list of NON-APEX players which can be used, in conjunction with a dvd recorder, to back up dvds. In other words, not players which merely have region hacks available (there seem to be dozens of such players), but ones which can, via firmware or remote upgrades, be made to disable ALL forms of copy protection (not just Macrovision).

Currently I use an upgraded Apex AD-1500 in conjunction with a Panasonic DMR-HS2 recorder to make back ups of my valuable dvd collection. What other players can be modified to do what the AD-1500 can? Come on, folks, contribute! Thanks.

Any Sampo Taiwan players that run on the unofficial firmware version for the Sampo DVE631CF dated 28th May 2002 have MV and CGMS/A off as standard - see here for a list of players
