I just installed a new DVD+RW drive today (Memorex DVD+RW), to replace my DVD-ROM, and now when I watch DVD's on my TV-out card, it looks distorted.
The right-most 10 pixels or so are chopped off and placed on the left side of the screen, and I get wierd horizontal distortions too.
Now, this ONLY happens when I play a DVD in PowerDVD fullscreen mode on my TV-out. In fullscreen on my monitor, it's fine, in windowed on my monitor, it's okay too. Also, in windowed on the TV, it's just fine as well... so what the hell is going on here?
