  1. THis is just one of the many problems I have with TMPGEnc Plus (support is a bit scant), but a recent annoying one is the app reading/detecting only the first 8000 frames of a 54000 frame AVI (captured with ADVC-100, Microsoft DV codec) when trying to encode to MPEG2 for SVCD.
    I tried playing with Environmental settings (VFAPI plugins), though I may not have them in the right order.
    Any suggestions here?
    What IS the right order for VFAPI plugins?
    One more question:
    Is it me or do SVCD encodes (MPEG2) take longer than DVD encodes (using TMPGEnc templates)?

  2. Try setting AVI2 priority to "2" and AVI VFW to "1".
