    Hi
    Bought this in Germany in October. Worked fine playing DVDs and music cds.Then got a cd for Christmas -Dido "no angel" which had some enhanced videos on which tried to load themselves. They seem to be Quick time based. Since then the remote will only open or close the tray no matter what button on the remote is pressed. Help???

    Fortunately after playing about three dvds on it it fixed itself

    But I would still like to Know what Happened?

    Scott service in Germany have respoded to my emails on the subject with the usual deafening silence, so don't recomnd them!
