Windows Media Encoder not working properly in remote desktop

Hello everyone,

I double click a wme file on a remote computer from Windows remote desktop (remote computer is Widows Vista x86), but it works not work, here are the error screen snapshot and wme configuration file I used. But when I come to the remote computer and double click directly the wme file on the exact remote computer, reording works properly (seems it proves the wme file itself is correct). Any ideas what is wrong?

BTW: I am using Windows Media Encoder in this scenario to record full screen.

I think it might have to do with video drivers and conflicts; a similar thing happens with CUDA enabled apps with remote desktop. Try with VNC software and see if you still get the error, there are some free ones like ultra VNC or tight VNC

Thanks poisondeathray, seems the audio device issue, when I disable audio device, I can record successfully. So, if we run WME on remote desktop when we record full screen, we can not use audio device?
