unwanted chapter created in tmpgenc

I convert edited DV to mpeg-2 using tmpgenc 2-pass VBR and then burn the file on CD-R. Then play it in my Daewoo 3000N DVD player.

DVD player shows displays the file as if it is devided into several chapters. Some of them just 3-4 seconds.

I am using tmpgenc 2.59. I have this problem with 2.56 but did not have this chapter problem in 2.52.

Any idea how to create an mpeg file with just one chapter.

More importantly - how did you author it (convert the MPEG into a VCD image)? That is the crucial step, not usually encoding.

I just copied the mpeg file to CD-R using Adaptec CD writer. This is the same method that I used with tmpgenc 2.52

Problem was solved after I accidentally used HP MyCD for writing mpeg files on CD.
