The subject says it all.
I have tried using the newest version of Eazyvcd to rip and transcode a DVD to XSVCD and it keeps creating a PAL output file when the original DVD and what I need is NTSC.
How can I change this?
Any help appreciated.

if your talking about when it says down the botem of TMPGEnc somthing like "Super Video-CD PAL" when it is encoding, just ignoor it.
If you look at the size of teh video and the framerate you will notice that there are both NTSC standards.
It just says PAL cos i forgot to chang the name of it in the TMPGEnc Template. *It will not affect you output in any way whatsoever.
