  1. I'm setting up a intenet site that will showcase a 3D animated movie I made. The movie has DD 5.1 audio, and I want to use the Dolby symbol.
    Do I have to gain some type of permission to display the logo on a website?
    (The movie will not be sold)

    Yep, you can't use the symbol unless authorized to do so. You can say it's encoded in Dolby Digital with the little TM thingy. Using the logo requires you meet the criteria. Figuring out the criteria is the hardpart.
