Hi guys and gals can anyone help. I have been re-encoding files that I have got off of the internet that originally was in NTSC. These NTSC files may have the extension Divx, Xvid, Avi etc.....but everytime I re-encode them to MPEG2/MPEG1 using TMPGEnc (Latest Version) , they seems jerky. As if they are missing frames. I know that NTSC is 29fps and UK is 25fps, but is there anyway that I can sort this out in the settings, or any other way.. I change the out settings to PAL when encoding.....
Please help
