  1. i have two files that i extracted that are about 813 mb apiece. unfortunately my cdr disc is 700m. i tried overburning using vcd easy but not only did the last 10% get cut out the audio was out of sync on the last 15% of the disc. any suggestions on how i might fit them onto my 700mb and would there be a lost of quality. would the best thing be to buy 800mb discs.

For information on CD capacity check this: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/userguides/135642.php
A standard 80 minute CD will hold 700MB in regular data mode or 800MB in Video CD mode. You are overburning to get 813MB, but not too much. You need both a CD burner that will allow overburning and a DVD player that will play it, otherwise you can get the problem you describe. There are 900MB CD's and you may want to try them but the same rule applies, your burner and player might not be compatible.

The files can be re-encoded at a lower bitrate to make them smaller. The lower bitrate will not affect quality much, but there is always a loss when a clip is re-encoded.

Suggestion: What about joining them, then splitting into 3 files? No re-encoding, no loss of quality.

You could also cut out the credits if there are any.
