Which the parameters to be changed compared to a traditional film?
Must I:
1. notch " detect the change of scenes " in the mitre Structure GOP
2. choose model " CG/Animation " in the mitre Quantize Matrix
3. notch " Not motion search for the motionless images " in the mitre Quantize Matrix
4. notch " soften the macros blocks " in the mitre Quantize Matrix
