    Just installed Windvd that came with my new dvr 105, and it just locks up when I try to play a dvd. Anyone else have this problem? It did update my directx when I installed it.

    I also have PowerDvd, so may try that instead.

    Not yet, but will find out where to set that and give it a try. I noticed that PowerDVD sets that when it is being installed. Maybe windvd has a property or option that needs that set. Thanks for your response!!
