    I need to add a little to my question

    well, I follow the instructions to make a menu, but when I play it in my vcd player, the menu never pops up

    is there a reason for this?

    I had the same problem with my Toshiba 2050 DVD player on VCD's with menu's from Nero 5.5, I had to go into the DVD menu and turn on "PBC". Has worked fine ever since. You may need to do a little searching around in your DVD menu to get the VCD menu to pop on.

    I had the same problem with my Apex-660. PBC on fixed the problem also

    PBC stands for "play back control". Basically, with it on, the DVD player interprets things like menus. With it off, it doesn't.
