i dont want to convert any thing u see all i want to do is burn an avi file down to svcd or vcd format thats all .nero recons it can do it but it dont . u see i got the svcd plugin which is there and installed but nero seems to dissapear from my desktop wen ever i ask it to burn after coping the avi file over into the write cd box ive even got the lastest nero burning prog .it will however burn all the mpegs over but not avi like it recons so ummmmmm i say nuff times to my self. wots up wiv it any1 wiv a better idea or an explanation please ?

i mean is it possible to burn avi files to a dvd format so i can play them in my dvd player at home?
