Almost every time I try to decode an avi I get an "read error" message from tmpgenc. I am using the latest version. I have tried changing the directshow priority and repairing the avi file with virtual duband processing the audio seperately but none of this does any good. The files seem to play fine in mediaplayer. I have searched the forum for meassages related to this and see a few questions but no answers. Anybody seen this and know what causes it.
