hello !
i wann encode my ripped video into vcd using tmpenc.
up to now i am using the normal vcd template.
under the folder extras u find the template VideoCD 1246kbps (PAL).mcf - so a litte higher bitrate (better quality). so my question is, weather such a vcd is still playable on any standalone dvd player.
if someone can aswer me that i would be glad, and i would use that template in future.
