    In properties of each mpg file I add to Track Window
    is 5 sec pause. Can somebody advise if have to change it to 0 or leave as it is.

    You can change the 5 second pause, but it still won't be seamless when playing. Even at a 0 second pause it's noticeable. It's really up to you as to how long you want to pause between tracks.
