  1. Hi everyone,

(i hope this is in the correct room, if not then appologies! i am reasonably new to SVCDs etc)

i am having problems using CDRWin correctly. i am trying to follow the following guide:

    http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/userguides/107898.php

and it is step 2 that i cant do!! "Then, open up CDRWin and create a .cue file from your un-protected disc, save it to C:"

i just dont know how to create a .cue image file. i am using verion 5.02 of CDRWin and i have been into the help part of it and it doesn't tell me how to do it, please help!! Anyway advice would be most welcome!!!

Thanks a lot everyone, great site etc!!!

  2. I still use an old staple version of CDRWin v3.8 and in that version, you simply click on the "Extract Disc/Sectors/Track" option --> select your CD drive --> select an output file name and click on "START".

Where do people keep getting CDRWin 5.0? There is no such thing!! I suggest you get a REAL copy of CDRWin before trying to follow any guides.

www.goldenhawk.com is the author and even they only offer v3.9b. I'm happy with my 3.8B

    CDRWin 5.anything is F-A-K-E

cdrwin 5.0 it IS cdrwin .. but it IS crap also .. it is a confusing tale of sold source code and muffed up packaging ..

anyway ... 3.8f works great for me and is the goldenhawk version ..

the goldenhawk version i believe goes to version 3.9x and its still sold also ..
