I was playing around with mpeg2decx. and i found a way to get extremely high quality DivX MOV's. They are Very well compressed, are at 640x288, and fix the sync issue(even on my Cowboy Bebop DVD). I fit 4, 24 min, episode on 1 cd. I also fit a 2 hour movie on 1 cd. I was thinking about making a guide. Would someone be interesred?

    Yes it does work.
I think its better than anything ffmpegx, mediapipe, and Mac DivXCreator can output.
The guide uses the new 3ivX.
This new codec puts out phenominal quality, with very little bitrate.
I am creating a 24 min TV show right now. So far it halfway through. Its at 60mb.
When I get time, I will make a basic web site explaining how to do it.

Here is a very basic way.(for those who cant wait)

Rip DVD in OSEX(include subtitles, if wanted)
Convert VOB to MOV in Mpeg2decX with the New 3ivx(constant quality, Q4)
    Bitrate to 80
    Convert Audio in Mac3dec to MP3, 128
Sync together in QT Pro or QT Mutator
    Enjoy!

This is very basic for those who want to play around with settings and stuff.
