Strange DVDmaestro problem!

I have authored a few DVDs with it so far and never had any problem with it until recently. Now when I import chapter list and subtitles only half of them show up, only chapters for the first half of the film and the subtitles that are showing up for the first half is for the second half. I think that it is the best way to describe this problem as I said it is very strange.

I am using Chapter Xtractor and SubRip 1.03 for the ripping process.


Any help would be nice because this is driving me nuts!

The problem is the time in the .son and .chp files (a bug in maestro). You need to change the hours by adding 1 hour. For example:

Your movie duration is < 2hrs.

Then in the .son file:
a.) find/replace " 01:" with " 02:"
b.) find/replace " 00:" with " 01:"

Use a space to ensure you only change the hours, and not the minutes and seconds.

I found a better sollution:

I had the VIDEO TIME OFFSET not at 00.00.00.00.

You can find it in the movie window of MAESTRO below the WALL CLOCK:

'wall clock'
'00.00.00.00.'
*here*

just before the movie timeline...

click on it and set all to '00.00.00.00'
