I encoded several clips in CCE using DVD2AVI and AVISynth for a frameserver. They were all 720X480 and using the DVD compliant checkbox in CCE. I then remuxed the audio in TMPGENC (as I recall). Everything turned out perfect except for one thing. The clips play fine in power dvd and such, but are not recognized as valid MPG's by any of the authoring programs. They say the clips are not identifiable as NTSC or PAL.
1) why is this happening?
2) can I fix these clips without having to start over? I deleted the source files.
Any help appreciated. Would really like to get this done ASAP because it is part of a christmas project.
Thanks
