    I need to convert a bmp file (352 by 240) to a 5 second mpg video so I can use it as the opening title for a movie I'm making.

    I can load it into Tmpegenc, my favorite, but there doesn't seem to be an option to extend the length of the video.

    Anyone know how to go about doing this?

    make a 5 sec stereo wav file (of anything) load bmp and wav file - hit go (program stream) , throw away wav file and encoded mpeg audio file
