Hi, i'm looking to convert back a video sequence that i had converted to bmp with virtualdub. but now, since i've been retouching those files, i want to convert them back to avi & change the speed to 16 fps instead.

is there a way to do it with virtualdub or any other software(s) ?

    thanks to answer

  2. Simple in AviSynth. Using VDub, open the image sequence (they have to be numbered consecutively) and set the framerate in the Framerate section.
