I wonder if it's possible to create an image sequence of the individual frames out of the HDV captured (1080p 60i format video) from a Sony HC3 camcorder, if so what software could I use to this end?

If you'd like, you can then Batch Resize the 1440 x1080 image sequence to 1920 x 1080 with Irfanview (also free)..........Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
