    Sorry for being general. I used VCDeasy to create them. I assume they were burned in raw mode not that I really know what that means

    What is he trying to copy them with? What program?

    What error messages? What does "having trouble" mean?

    Imagine you are a car mechanic. If someone rocked up and said that "I'm having trouble with my car" do you think that you will be able to help instantly?
