  1. Hi

Am just wondering if there is a technique to duplicate a multi-angle dvd9 disc to a single dvdr (as the subject states).

All the guides I have read only seem to deal with ripping one angle if there are multiple. I want to be able to perserve all the angles possible on the original dvd.

Hope somewhere can help me out =)

By the way, this dvd is a concert karaoke dvd. One angle is the concert without the subtitles, and the other with.

    Thanx in advance.

  2. assuming that the original DVD is over the 4.3gb limit of a DVDr, The question you ask is being tackled by Tyris's program called ReDVD, currently at Version .014. He is taking a different approach in DVD-9 compression, he is attempting to re-encode the entire DVD. All angles, everything. Not split it up like DVDXCOPY, the app is still in beta stages, but its OPEN source, so have a go at it.

  3. Thanx for the info VidHack... I will test the program out.

And ur assumption is correct, the total size is over the size of a DVD5 disc, which obviously means compression is needed.

Thanx once again for the information... Its appreciated.
