I have to reencode my audio.mp2 file
I need to have it DVD compatible (sampling rate = 48 KHz)
How can I find out what's the current sampling rate in the audio.mp2 file right now? ALso how can I find out the sampling rate in my audio.ac3?
I don't know what's the sampling rate and what's the bitrate? How can I find out bitrate for the ac3 file?
