DRU500a and Recommended DVD-RW Media

I am getting a Sony DRU500a for Christmas. After reading posts here I have decided to buy a bunch of ACCU DVD-R's from MeritLine.

Can someone out there recommend an inexpensive DVD-RW or DVD+RW media that works well?

I will have the latest 1.0f patch installed. I am not too interested in the 4x disks, I think 2x will do ok for now until the price drops.

On the ACCU issue: I buy my Accu disks from CDRDVDRMEDIA.COM, and they work perfectly, as advertised (now at 2X with 1.0F). Strangely, I am no longer given a 1x option with that media. Hmmm.

On the -RW side, I bought 1 TDK -RW for testing purposes. It works just fine, though only 1x.

on the +RW side, I buy Verbatum, they work great, and go for about $6 each (in a pack of 3) at Best Buy. I like media that has lifetime warranty (such as the latter). TDK only has 1 year. Also, I prefer the +RW media, for the fact that the disk finalization is VERY quick.
