I am trying to convert a childrens dvd to vcd, and everytime I rip it down it only takes about 2 min. and then when I try and encode it I get the msg "mpeg2 dec: error during decoder initialisation. I am using smartripper to rip and DVDx as an encoder. I have no problems with other dvd's and this setup. Any Help?
