    I have a vcd that has english sub (not a permanent one). I want to translate this subtitle to another language. Is there anyway that I could get the vcd subtitle? there are some folders but I couldn't use since they all have some weird file extension. Any suggestion would be very appreciated

    AFAIK, there are no VCD subtitles, bar permanent ones, that is, they are at some point in the process merged with the movie itself.

    SVCD/CVD has separate / selectable subtitles.
