    I downloaded 2 movie clips that are too large for a single CD in their current format.

    They are labeled .avi

    they both play in Windows Media Player on XP.

    When I open them in Cleaner 5 demo, it says the format is:
    352 x 240 video, 15 FPS, MP43.

    What format is this?
    What would I use to convert these to MPEG or MPEG 2?

    Ive been trying TMPGEnc, but it won't open either of the two pieces.

    I can get the framserver started of the file, but I dont know how to get TMPGEnc to receive it.
