FLASH to SVCD .. Where do you change bitrates???

Hi.

I am presently 'experimenting' by changing the bitrates on a program called FLASH. It seemed to work GREAT when I copied a VCD, but when I did the same thing, this time trying to obtain a SVCD, it took TOO much space on the CD.

The question I have is where do you change the bitrate on THIS program (Hopefully 1 of you are using it) in an effort to get a couple of chapters on 1 disk....instead on just one? I'm using the standard audio rate, but don't know where to change the video. I have used the calculator and have figured out my numbers too!
