im am currently building a system to sit in my living room. But I have a question. I would like to be able to use the PC as a Video Recorder. Please Help!

I was considering the ATI All In Wonder 8500 which looks really good and comes with a remote! I like this but in the uk can cost about £250 quid.

Do any of you guys have any other alternatives. Maybe TV cards only. I was thinking of a PC TV card along side a GF4 MX 440 with TV out.

any thoughts appreciated!
