problem with a dvd2svcd

im using dvd2svcd for make vcd with subtitles , but after all the job is done the video is frozen in the mpg or in the vcd, what im doing wrong?

I need a littlre more information. When you are using DVD2SVCD, you said that "after all the job is done the video is frozen in the mpg or in the vcd". Is this when you are trying to play the VCD (I am assuming you actually mean CVD) in your stand alone DVD player.

Does it play fine on your computer? Is your DVD compatible with CVD? Have other movies WITHOUT subtitles worked in your DVD player?
